Engagement Session: Shannon + Justin

Another Princeton engagement session :)

Meet Shannon and Justin, aren’t they just gorgeous? I absolutely love Shannon’s hair!

We chose Princeton as it was convenient for all three of us and it’s  just a fabulous location for photos! We decided to walk around the Princeton Campus and we got some great shots despite all the campus tours that were going on around us.

Shannon also shared their engagement story with me - so sweet!:

Justin and I had purchased tickets to see The Lion King in New York City on Valentine’s Day 2009.  We also had reservations at one of the best Brazilian restaurants in the city, called Brazil Brazil.  During dinner, Justin proposed in a very discrete way because he knew I would be totally embarassed if he had made a scene in front of the other guests and we set a date (August 14, 2010) right then and there!  After the show, when we were in alone in our hotel room, he did the whole get-down-on-one-knee thing to make sure it was a proper proposal!

Congratulations guys! I can’t wait for your wedding :)

Thanks for stopping by everyone!

These are great. Her hair is lovely and she is very pretty too! Princeton seems to be such a lovely place. I have to visit.

Ah! Princeton! Love how you make each Princeton session look so different from the one before. The shot with arches is my fave. Great job!

I love her hair too. What a gorgeous couple, and a sweet engagement story as well. Princeton looks delightful as a backdrop, all that architecture… very classic. My favourites are the fourth and fifth shots- I can see them hanging over their fireplace. I also love the second last shot, it’s crisp and relaxed all at once. Great job!

Love the shot where you can’t see either of their faces. I may “steal” that idea from you!

Very lovely pictures. Really like the location and the simplicity of the shots.
