I still have a few weddings from 2009 to post on the blog so here are some pictures from Emily and Ben’s wedding. I photographed their family session last summer and I was very excited to photograph their wedding as they were just so much fun to be around.
Emily and Ben got married at Knowlton Mansion a beautiful estate formerly owned by a Philadelphia banker called William Rhawn and he used Knowlton as his summer home way back in 1879. In 1996 it was purchased by Conroy Catering and has since become one of Philadelphia top wedding venues (Can I just add how amazing the food and desserts were?!).
I was able to take a tour of the house and there was so much to photograph at Knowlton. Despite the fact that it rained it still turned out to be a beautiful day. Congratulations Emily and Ben (and of course the wild bunch) it was a pleasure meeting and getting to know you guys and I wish you all the happiness married life brings.
M y fab friendĀ Tiana of Ubara Photo assisted me with this wedding – thanks for all your wonderful help!

The original kitchen of Knowlton mansion was so tiny. I was quiet surprised!

I loved this photo of them cutting their cake
